This item is a custom item and can have a 2.27" round design on both sides. Designs can be the same or different on both sides and can be anything you want, no limits. If you provide the design in the shape and size requested there will be no extra cost, or I can create the design at an additional cost (please make sure to also add design creation for ceramic ornament to your cart).
